MANAGER, CORPORATE OPERATIONS
Growing up in a small west coast town instilled a love for nature and community. From a young age she has been involved in a variety of fundraising endeavors and continued to be involved with non-profits throughout the years. Through her experience with non-profits, she has gained extensive knowledge in fund development and management, archiving, and community outreach. She brings with her over 10 years of administrative experience.
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Daniela is an enthusiastic and organizedcollaborator. With years of experience in both the public and private sectors, she takes pride in creating and implementing processes that help organizations reach their operational goals. She approaches each day as a fresh opportunity to support her team and learn something new.

Diana’s alter ego is The Accidental Farmwife, a column she has written for the past 15 years.
PROPOSAL MANAGER
Diana has been a writer all her life. Her love of reading and writing led to a career in community journalism for print and radio. She has had a busy freelance career editing everything from marketing materials to memoirs. For the past 5 years, Diana has worked in the area of proposal writing. She likes the way it combines elements of research, writing, editing and puzzle-making to pull a proposal together.
When she isn’t at the computer, Diana is likely dancing around the kitchen with her granddaughters or out in the yard throwing the ball for her Golden Retriever, Fergus.
RECRUITER/PROPOSAL WRITER
Paulina is a passionate writer and editor with a background in journalism. Before stepping into her role at Protak in 2022, she completed 5 years as the reporter/photographer for the community newspaper in her small, rural hometown of Kemptville.
Proposal writing brings Paulina joy because she likes to play matchmaker, helping consultants find the roles that are perfect for them. She also enjoys the social aspect of recruiting and building relationships with contractors. Paulina owes her people skills to her many years in the restaurant industry where she worked in kitchens and bars for 10+ years. This is also where her love of local craft brews and cocktails began.
